Do we deliver outside of the UK?

Currently we deliver to the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.

When do we send orders?

It usually takes 1-3 days to process and send orders out. Please note that in times of high demand this can take longer.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the huge volume of orders that we are receiving, please allow 4 to 6 working days for orders within the UK, and 5 to 15 days for order outside of the UK.

How to track my order?

A tracking number will be attached to the shipment confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order here.

How do I change my order?

If you need to change your order, quickly tell us here, you must do so before the parcel is sent out.

I haven't received my order. Now what?

In rare cases, your parcel may be delayed. If your parcel has still not arrived after 30 days from the date of dispatch, you can ask us to reship it here, please attach your order details.
