Returns & Refunds

Return deadline :

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to return any unwanted item, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact.

Return costs :

The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds :

Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of receipt and verification of the returned item.
